She is an accomplished educational leader with over 15 years of experience, specialising in teaching and supporting people with disabilities across extremely complex settings. Throughout her career, she has held senior roles, where she has demonstrated exceptional leadership in driving trauma-informed and restorative practices. Stephanie’s leadership philosophy is the belief that we are “stronger together” – emphasising collaboration, unity, and the importance of working as a team to support the individual.
Stephanie is passionate about putting individual needs at the forefront of decision-making, ensuring that the individual’s unique challenges and strengths are recognised and addressed.
