Gina Mazzolani is a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Gina has over 15 years of experience in senior clinical, managerial, and practice leadership roles across government and non-government agencies. She participated in developing safeguarding frameworks in the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. She knows how to facilitate great outcomes for her clients in behaviour support.
Gina has high-level skills in providing capacity building, training, and education to front-line staff on how best to support people with a disability with complex support needs. This includes clients with dual diagnosis, Forensics, Alcohol & Other Drugs (AOD), young people leaving care and psychosocial participants.
Gina is passionate about protecting the human rights of all Australians, particularly our most vulnerable. She actively works to fade and eliminate restrictions while maintaining a person’s safety and dignity.
Gina is currently engaged as an Independent Specialist for the Department of Community and Justice and is actively involved in Restricted Practice Authorisation Panels.
