Hanna Cooper is a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission with over 10 years of experience in the disability sector. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Psychology and is currently completing a Master’s in Counselling.Hanna has extensive experience supporting individuals with complex psychosocial needs, with a strong background in forensic and health settings. She works collaboratively with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure each person’s support needs are effectively met. Hanna has also worked extensively in hospital discharge planning, ensuring individuals transition safely and successfully back into the community with appropriate supports in place.
Hanna takes a holistic, person-centred approach to her practice, recognising that every individual is unique. She is passionate about building strong, trusting relationships and ensuring each person has the right supports and team around them to feel safe, understood, and empowered. Hanna works from a positive behaviour support framework, focusing on understanding and supporting individuals in ways that enhance their quality of life, build capacity, and promote independence safely and respectfully.
